I disagree, Hanking are not going to delist, they just want control of the company. A 50% target is not a done deal as this will be hard to achieve.
I was involved in a very similar situation with another company and the offer price went from 1.6 cents to a final offer of 2.5 cents. They obtained just over 50% and gained control of the company.
Same thing there, all the doom and gloomers came out from nowhere.
Guess what that company share price has been since, a high of 11 cents and still trading around the 9 cents consistantly.
Each holder has to do what they think best for their circumstances, but to say the share price will go nowhere after 50% target is met is not necessarily accurate.
I believe a 50% target met will result in Hanking moving this in the right direction and that's upwards, which is where it should already be, its way undervalued and the independent report is Hankings next hurdle.
As I have said previously, Hanking have shown their hand as to their identified value of this company and the potential it has.
Just my opinion from previous experiences. Why give your shares away?
