I don't expect sense from Bergen ... they only want their money. I think they will sell at this level even if it is no profit for them. I would be surprised if they sell at a loss however. As I see it, until they clear their 3M odd shares this stock is capped until further notice.
In their position they will be expecting to get their discount on the next tranche and if they push the price down in the meantime they care not.
