Trust and goodwill are hard to win back once lost.
Management played clever, but now the perception is that they are a little too clever.
I don't know who the strategist is, but he has failed.
They need to change course and play it very straight.
The tone of the company's announcements this year is markedly different to those made last year.
Honesty and enthusiasm are attractive qualities, asset shuffling and too clever by half are the opposite.
If it is Julian Malnic, then he should go.
