The trading pattern seems to indicate GMC will release an announcement about DSO being almost complete / in the final final final of almost final steps.
The last few times there was any buying on this, it was marched by that announcement about DSO being in its "final" stages of approval. The buying seems to attempt to lure the unsuspecting buyer.
The market seems to pay no attention to almost final DSO - it recognises this has occurred for over 3 years now..
