Not sure but if the T&C are the same as GTT tried to propose in the VKA. EGM but if they are this clearly shows that GTT/Thomas are going to deliver something mammoth, me thinks most payments to GTT Ventures will be made through share payments!! They will hold a massive position in VKA, Yeeew something Coming BIG!!
