Cant wait for the "Its Ghana be Big" posts if it is Ghana...
I guess its all about getting bang for your buck whilst trying to minimise sovereign risk and whatever else.
Some places eg Phillipines for instance have some potentially fantastic projects, but so much risk involved its best to stay away.
I trust these boys to choose wisely....
