My personal opinion that whole project is not part of the future. I’ve posted my views previously, it’s a loan but I’m not expecting a whole lot back. Fortunately the costs are written off as we go. Incidentally the ex leader who signed up the Phillipines deal, he’s doing well. Still taking a salary I believe at CVS, have a look at their last terrible cap raising effort
