Yes but the "blame" for the company's outstanding success can also be laid at Anton's feet, that's the part which you always convienently overlook. Even with all the shenanigans, what he built off his own back is still performing very well and is a safer bet than most of the other stretched gold company valuations out there IMO.
You just need to be more balanced in your perspective of things.
The full blame for the 12 million TBR shares being given away below their value lies completely at the feet of Australia's takeover panel for not providing proper protection to TBR shareholders in the orders they made. They effectively gave merchant banks carte blanche discretion to do whatever they liked with those shares and I have posted the very dubious records of some of these banks many times before.
ASIC knew about the illegal RND/TBR crossholding for at least 8 years
Now by relying on ASIC's ineptitude and lack of action and not acting to rectify the irregularity the board of TBR has actually done very well by shareholders and protected them. We would have been punished much harder if these 12 million shares were confiscated in 2010 when the share price of RND was around 50-60 cents and the TBR share price was around $1. By the way it is now impossible to get accurate historic share prices for these two companies because the banksters have corrupted the historical share price records on every trading platform I can find since the special dividend was returned.
Warning: people relying on share price charts when looking at the share price history of RND and TBR should not rely on them as they are all wrong. The share price of TBR traded at a high of $10.60 before the dividend distribution but none of the platforms will show you this . The change started happening around Oct last year when I made this post below. You can see the adjusted share price chart (top figure) against the correct share price chart (bottom chart) in this post below. Now even tradingview where I created the bottom chart is showimg the corrupted data.

Also be please be aware that institutionalised theft is alive and well in Australia and the banksters can even change share price chart histories to help play into the hands of the silverspoon in mouth theives. There is no end to the number of ways these banksters have devised to steal from the system.

Take the JP Morgan rap sheet for example, you can see the extent and ingenuity of the modes of operation in the link above.
Total Penalty since 2000 (probably now a little out of date)
$29,684,489,390
Yes that is $30 billion in fines and penalties from one US bank alone and some of those penalties are for felonies (actual crimes) and no one goes to jail.
Last time I checked (see page 116 of NST's 2018 annual report)
https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20180823/pdf/43xlbxmf8m6367.pdf
these felons are the second biggest security holders of NST via opaque nominee accounts which together with "like" banks make up about 80% of all issued capital in that company. How would anyone know who actually controls these shares and whether or not any of these holder are violating Australian takeover laws by not disclosing illegal associations? No doubt these investment banks have had a hand in creating the NST bubble along with all the asset bubbles in markets. They have had free rein since the ellimination of the Glass–Steagall legislation in the US which used to seperate commercial from investment banking. Now its free rein to lie, cheat and steal. Esh
