ha! good luck. you'll get told that the executive forfeited their performance bonus shares and that they are paid on par with similar companies. whether any of that is meaningful or not is irrelevant, it will achieve nothing.

I'd say we wait out the month because if they start kicking goals we'll all change our tune. if this drags any further we call the egm and see what comes of it.
