Owning 100% of Wilcherry, plus the Kimba camp, is brilliant. Well done AGS. I’d be happier though if there were certainty that the non-renounceable rights issue will boost the coffers significantly. We must be down to $1m or less when we subtract the $1.5m paid to TYX from the $3m we had at end Dec ..... I have learned the hard way (bitter experience) that it’s not good for shareholders when a company is low on funds and/or is looking to sell an asset .. or if it is forced into taking up high interest loans. ..
Still, with such a fantastic project and current gold and IO prices, there shouldn’t be any shortage of takers in a placement should the RI not be fully subscribed. .. Hope the directors and management will advise that they will be taking up their quota. ... Pity TYX and CTL SPs are so bad. I’d forgotten we own over 71m TYX and 11m CTL (both worryingly low on funds) ...
