Well there is no reason to think there is any connection apart from the matched amounts (no evidence at all). IMO. In a purely theoretical situation, to borrow money from your cash flow to finance the purchase of shares by a prominent representative at above market value would be a conundrum at best. Lets get some of these 'just call Magnis' guys busy and just say it was for something else. That should not be hard to do?
