Interesting, what happens if those assets aren't worth much in the event a default occurs, looks like the lender would wear the losses with no recourse to the fund other than on the assets acquired. Interesting.
Anyway, just a general comment in response to your comment on super funds inability to borrow, as it seems to be incorrect.
