    I didn’t say it happened, I just said it’s one possibility, from my experience.

    I once held a spec stock where the CEO took a “short-term loan” of $2 million out of the company to purchase a house. It was approved by the chairman at the time.

    These things do happen. You know, if the company were clearer and decided to explain things we wouldn’t have to run through these outlandish possibilities.
