   So  there  we  have  it. $880K  including  the  break  fee  blown  on  the  proposed  Melior  merger  farce!!

Seems  like  the  motivation  may  have  been  to  take  the  focus  off  Urquhart  Bauxite  where  no  binding  contract  was  in  place  to  tranship  through  Hey  Point  and  no  other  alternatives  progressed.

As  someone  said " sneaky  smart  but  business  dumb".

Good  riddance  to  all  those  previously  involved.
