Your arguments were utterly based on your own imaginations but not based on facts.

For god sake, we had 1 mil cash flow last quarter in less than 14 months since acquisitions. Please show us some facts, but no bullshit, no  imaginations, no bluffing.


Let me tell you some facts as follow:

JAT's revenue has been growing from few hundred k to 18mil/quarter and recently achieved cash flow positive in less than 14 months since acquisitions and able to fund expansion of Neurio plant in Syndey. We might still be sitting on 500k revenue if we didn't acquire any businesses and start manufacturing our own products. NOW, we are expanding our networks and production lines in all directions.

Currently JAT has 2.7 mil inventory + 5.2 mil cash + 700k converted option = 8.6 mil

EV <40 mil 

There are facts unless you can prove there were wrong!  Poor performance with Golden Koala has been DUE TO SMAR, same to WHA, BUB AND BAL... not because GK's IFs are poor quality.

1-2 months after Sunnya and Green Forest acquisition. 


Revenue jumped from 320k to 10mil in the next quarter with Sunnya and Green Forest acquisitions.
