You are assuming that they will have another $20M on GK to write-down which they won't. You are assuming if GK get SMRA approval that they will have no sales.
You are assuming that GF will not make a profit, which I believe they did and made the bulk of their revenue at a growing rate.
You are assuming that Sunnya will have no sales which you will be pleasantly surprised. Actually you won't but SH will.
You are assuming that manufacturing their own products (and other companies) will make no revenue.
A lot of assumptions all of which you lead towards the negative which is of no surprise.
