I like pitching my intellect against other's in particular when it comes to stocks. It helps me immensely to become a better investor. While doing that, hopefully other people benefit from the balancing perspective that I provide. So it is of mutual benefit for everyone.
So we have that out of the way...
In my view, the negative cashflow remains an underlying issue. What is concerning to me is the fact that the negative cashflow massively increased commensurate to an increase in receipts. So to me that indicates that something is terribly wrong in the profitability of the business. Given that JAT only has a limited amount of cash left, at current cash burn, I believe JAT would run out very soon. So how to get more cash? I think a CR is likely. Assuming that such high negative cashflow relative to the market cap is sustained then how dilutive would the next CR be? JAT has 45 million market cap if I am not mistaken? So if CR 15 million at 30 percent discount then what would the share price be?
Food for thought...
