No. I have spoken to one of the directors at MEC Resources, I asked about this line in the half yearly report:

"A number of matters have been and will be referred to the regulatory authorities."

The response I received was along the lines of: "Whilst David makes a number of claims, there is no substance to them, there are no actions against MEC by any regulatory authorities."

Mr Breeze, put up or shut up. If you have any genuine claims, make them, substantiate them and prosecute them. You are wasting people's time.
