King Rat, you may have been living under a Rock and havnt read the recent Announcement on CPV.
CPV has signed a distributer in The Middle East, with a sales Quoter and as part of the deal, a Demonstrator Installation will be built in the Middle East so they are buying it.
Its basically a deal for sales in the Middle East to at least the sales quoter stated in the deal.
You should read the announcements KR.
