Bucky - if you are so set on holding management to account as you have mentioned many times then why have you never turned up to an AGM or put in a motion which requires some action from the Company along the lines you require.  Does not matter if the motion is defeated at least it allows for disscussion.

But instead you resort to repetitive remarks of a disparaging nature from the anonymity of your keyboard.  I think thats what CJ is trying to get at.
