They do have a backlog of clients waiting to sign up. It's just a matter of getting the funds and installing equipment.
Can't wait until NSW kicks in, these guys will win decent business. Contrary to their poor comms, they (Ben and Damien) really understand the industry structure.
To me, this market cap is a little nuts. There's little risk from here given it's cash flow positive AND the QLD government have now pushed prices lower.
