Relying on ASIC to their job is not enough, it has to be reported to the Police Fraud Squad for it to be investigated for fraud. With all the media attention this is getting, just maybe they will take notice.
Despite what ASIC are claiming following the Royal Commission, their head in the sand approach to white collar crime remains the same.
