The company is at serious risk of being shut down and liquidated (see my previous post about current ratio).

Their performance has hardly improved over the years. Only the losses are getting higher (up 45.9%) and more of investors' (as well as Tax Payers' !!!) cash down the drain. I don't want to be subsidising this mob

What Asta acquisition??? There's no money for it! They are in a desperate need of Capital Raise just to stay afloat, forget about the acquisition strategy. No wonder the vague mention of it in their ANNs

When companies are desperate, only high discount could encourage someone to provide additional capital. What are we talking here... 4c CR or even 3c CR shortly?
