I think the plan is to have 34m issues as a total they bumped it from 28m to 31m on the arrival of good old BP! Now I’m thinking they would want another key player or a bunch of rich investors and receive some more cash in the bank when PO3 run out in which will be the last of the shares issued in which imo big players will fight over it! But this won’t happen for another year or 2
