The report states that the management is very excited about the future with the upswing in mining, at the same they have increased employee payments  from about $2m to $11m . That's a big increase in salary and management related fees. I'm not against paying directors and ther management team well, but heck , Income before tax has only risen by a few hundred thousand . No wonder the management team is excited, they are all paying  themselves fabulous salaries and fees. As for the statement about committed to increasing shareholder value, anyone seen any sustainable increase in the share price?
