That is standard accountancy practice with shells to put in disclaimers.
Seems this has a few reasons why there could be more value attributable to this, but the main interest as a tech acquisition company is what I,m hanging in for.
Does seem to be big buy orders wanting to get hit this week, so lets hope the due diligence soon becomes a purchase with obvious raise /or SPP attached.
