I have also taken my options and applied for some extra . Patience is running out on this one . Being in sales, still don't understand what sales persons are doing . If I am in their position after year or so , I would have moved to commission only model same as Parchem in Australia . If you are not good at sales , outsource it to experts with lucrative commission , you might reduce your margin somewhat although with higher sales revenue will be more and also less sales means your expenses will be less as u won't be paying fixed costs of a sales team .
