SVT a nice example of what can happen.
Was trading at 1c, then announced a deal complete a major transaction - with a significant capital raising at 1.8c and shares issued to vendor with 2c valuation. Such is what can happen when there is low/zero EV applied.
SVT is now trading at 2c, double where it was a few months ago and volume has come back to an otherwise illiquid stock.
At 1c ZIP is a negative enterprise value. Wont be here forever I dont think.
