I saw reference to that end being made in the relevant note to the accounts (refer attachment below), but my interpretation was not that the legal expenses incurred necessarily related to the payment received, or if those legal expenses were of a nature that are routinely incurred in the normal course of KME's business.

Because I tend to prefer to err on the side of the conservative when it comes to assessing the quality of financial statements, I automatically assumed it being a case of the latter.

But if it is really a case of the former, then this is a truly corker of a result.
