doesn't pass the "pub test" in my opinion
stock been off market for over 2 years, shareholders with no access to their capital.
reason for suspension no longer washes
surely there would be some sort of time limit in the rules. Can they keep suspension for the next 10 years on the basis that they are looking for suitable investment and haven't found as yet?
