Some takeaways from the report:
1 Acquisition deal expected to be announced soon.
2 Flood impact mostly covered by insurance.
3 PE 18x, EV/EBIT 12.5x. Although above the market average, still reasonable for a business with a good long term track record.
A "Hold" for me.
