It's not entirely clear, but by my readin it gives the indication that the demo plant will be in Kwinana too.

"This role offers a rare opportunity to gain experience in novel concept design engineering, equipment and process design, and assistance with developing a demonstration plant from detailed design through to construction and commissioning.  Hazer Group will be operating their pilot plant in Kwinana, together with a second pilot plant, owned by their partner Mineral Resources."

This could be Pilot Plant, but it sounds more like demo plant to me.
