I suspect the NAIF would only be interested in something much more ambitious than a small plant worth $30 million.
More likely something of the scale of the GNX project in North Queensland where $516m is being provided.

Given that, a small plant (funded by other means) could precede a NAIF funded export focussed project, similar in scale to Australia's natural gas export industry.
