I agree that management made just a complete balls up of the Spectre purchase.... was a shocker and when I attended the AGM a couple of years ago they didnt seem to understand the wealth destruction that they were responsible for. They have right ingredients and as you say need to provide some steady growth without crazy acquisitions or dilutive capital raisings.
