I don't think there is much point in being eSIM ready now, Truphone just raised a heap more capital and haven't turned a profit yet.
I believe only 12 countries support it currently, and in essence those that do are using it primarily to extend a SIM onto an Apple Watch.
Not a single carrier allows an Apple Watch to roam internationally yet.
Also, can you imagine how many of the new iPhones are unlocked, I'd bet not many.
I don't think there is much point in being eSIM ready now,...
