Given they have been such a rigourus process and a number of the directors have significant experience in mining in Spain they would now be confident in gaining the environmental approval so would want to be advanced in the mining permitting process to try and minimise further delays.
I share your frustration on the time taken but do not blame management. that can be levelled squarely at the beaurocratic process.
Anyway, it looks like we aren't far away now and should all benefit in due coarse. My personal view is we I'll be taken out by a major player somewhere north of $2.50.
