    Cash in bank at $54 mil.

    Receivable $31 mil - liabilities $13 mil = $18

    Total cash = $72 mil

    Total outstanding number of shares = 435 mil

    Therefore each share is worth around 16.5 cents cash/receivable.

    I’d say, we should be looking at selling the company for cash price of 16.5 cents per share to any taker.. Reebok, New Balance, Diadora...Anyone..
