Really. I think you're engaging in semantics. Do you think they went through a similar process with OMV before they were given permission to restart? I think not.
You will also note that today's report puts PSA's Net Assets at $2.088mil, so I can well understand why the Yemen Oil Ministry is questioning their capacity to operate.
