Well the shares just hit 13.5 so not long for the liability to be wiped out. Good news is that the permits are still imminent ! No news in the report as expected. Next lot of news will be the quarterly due end of Oct at which time expect the permits will be either really imminent or extremely imminent or terribly imminent. Soon after that it will be Xmas.
