Don’t forget that PSA started the AGM stating that the permits were imminent, that the truck gantry was being prepared for stransport, that they hired a new ops guy , that the equipment was being prepared for start up. All that was designed to stop any difficult questions because everyone then thought it was happening at last. Bet the next AGM will not be pretty.
