Have psa had operations in yemen? I dont think so, have omv operated in yemen before the shut down? Yes. So you can conclude that omv is proven in yemen while psa is not. So you can guess or read between the lines but the facts are that the government has not yet made their assesment yet or has not disclosed it yet. Until such time you can make your own opinion.
