From my optimistic viewpoint Super Soco have all their eggs in our basket.

We own the factory and the key to it all which of course is the manufacturing licence which Charles tells me are very difficult to get and a prized passion of VMOTO.

Jiangsu SUPERSOCO Intelligent Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SUPERSOCO Intelligent (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., running a 30,000 sqm state of the art manufacturing facility locates in Nanjing, China, manufacturing capability, 300,000 units annually, focuses on producing high quality electric powered two-wheel vehicles. With motorcycle production license approved by the government. The manufacturing facility is locate in Lishui Economic Development Zone, 42 KM away from Nanjing City Center, 12 KM away from Nanjing Lukou International Airport and 60 KM from Nanjing Port, convenient for road traffic and shipping.

We have been years establishing a very compressive International distribution network which they access through the distribution agreement with us.

The distribution network is another big boast on their web site.

We will really be in the dough when the factory reaches full capacity of 300,000 units PA.
Given the momentum which is building with Super Soco and our own penetration into the delivery and rental sectors it might not be that far off.

Charles could well be courting Super Soco instead of Honda as the end buyer for Vmoto once the customer base is built to a satisfactory level. Could be their route to a listing on the ASX.
