Let's give the new MD has some time to get his head around all the issues (internal and external) plus spend some time at the project in Mexico.
Would be good to hear his take on the plan, ideas for improvement and the way forward say by mid April though I think.
Also should have a new resource out in the next 4-6 weeks - hoping for 1.5Mt at same grade.
