PURWAKARTA . PT Indotama Ferro Alloys in Jalan Raya Purwakarta, West Java, was searched by Police because of the explosion of steel smelting furnace on Sunday (4/6) yesterday afternoon which caused 4 burn victims 1 of them died on this day, Monday (5/6).

Currently, 2 witnesses are still undergoing examination at Purwakarta City Police Sector office (Polsekta) which is the head of the company as well as the foreigner as a super visor in PT Indotama Ferro Alloys who at that time there was the place of the incident.

Purwakarta City Police Chief Kompol Adi Fauzi said after the explosion of the company's steel melting furnace did not report to the police and the company.

"It is alleged that the company covered up the explosion of explosion furnaces which resulted in 4 casualties, one of whom died, namely Agus Zaelani (42) resident of Kp. Conggeang Rt 14/05 Cilangkap Village Babakan Cikao Subdistrict," said Adi. Monday (5/6).
