Boating - I was asking myself the same question, its not on the balance sheet. Its like they have already told us its not going to be paid back! I am very uncomfortable with this aspect of MED, we the shareholders have loaned management $12M, and the same management have similar debts elsewhere (to the former TND), and the leader of the pack (Joe) is bankrupt!
I'm actually hoping we have a similar situation to TND (now MYL) where management/ board are tossed out, and we at least stop them dipping in the till, and then try to recover the funds.
