My post simply asked whether management had set a time limit on settlement of the agreement with the TOs and that IMO this would probably not be necessary given that management did not pout their offer for consideration until the end of November 2017 and with the interceding summer holidays.
It is a Plan B that, IMO, all managements should have when they enter any such negotiations.
From our experience, however, no such measures would be in place and that's why I specifically raised it with PW.
Sadly, we just have to suffer the wait. Or!!!!
