From past experiences, management that just want to bluff and keep things rolling to get paid are more likely to be vague on dates for milestones and such. In this case it seems like they put themselves in a 'do or die' situation.
There is something about the way they communicate to shareholders that can be improved as I get this feeling of being left in the dark and I am not sure if that is just me that feels this way. Regardless, this appears to be a high risk investment with good potential payoff.
