In other words it was a waste of time and not commercially viable.
Please management don't treat us like idiots - if it was the real deal a rights issue or Indian equity partner would have solved the problem.
The company unfortunately is going nowhere fast !!

Although I don't hold I was looking at a possible acquisition. No longer.
