As stated in Note 1, these events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 1, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on China Magnesium Corporation Limited's ability to continue as a going concern. Its been an ongoing concern for the last 5 years...Oh well sitting here patiently until June now, i dont think there will be to many excuses left now not to get to production but who knows with this circus
