Tom sold his shares on November the 17 th and the Chairmen released this statement on the 27th of November.   "To the contrary, the Company is trading ahead of budget and its prospects for continued strong growth and increasing profitability are excellent both for FY18 and in the future".

So LuLaRoe only started to tank in November and December right ?  What's the current monthly load on LuLaRoe ?  After reading the class action and commentary coupled with the commentary that the volumes are trailing lower than the previous 6 month average I'm putting two and two together.
